Why isn't there any news of Somalia receiving any world assistance after they were hit hard by the Tsunami? Is it because they are not getting any?

I forgot about that. Condoleeza says we need to practice world diplomacy. Here's her chance.
You don't get it. The Daily Show was all over the Condi story. When she says that the time for diplomacy is now, she meant RIGHT NOW. Once the confirmations are all over, it's bombs away on anyone they say deserves it.
